Surgery Fees

Medical City Surgery Center Park Central charges a facility fee for each surgical procedure performed by your surgeon. This fee includes the cost of nursing personnel, medications, supplies and the use of the operating and recovery rooms; specialized operating room monitoring equipment and use of the admitting and discharge rooms.

You will receive a separate bill from your surgeon, anesthesiologist if one is needed for your procedure and any other professional services you may receive while you are here, such as radiology, pathology or lab.

Charges are estimated bases on the procedures scheduled. Final charges are based on actual procedures performed and may be different from the pre-surgery estimate.

Implants may be required to complete your procedure. Although we do our best to accurately estimate implant costs prior to surgery, exact implant costs cannot be determined until the procedure is performed.

Medical Insurance

Medical City Surgery Center Park Central accepts most major commercial insurance, HMO/PPO plans including Medicare. We will need a copy of your insurance cards to properly file your insurance.

Please check with your insurance carrier for any pre-certification requirements prior to surgery. Patients with insurance are asked to pay their co-payments and any deductible as a deposit on the day of the surgery. Medical City Surgery Center Park Central bills your insurance company as a courtesy, however, any balance due is your responsibility.

If you have no health insurance, we ask that you be responsible for our facility charge on the day of surgery.
